Job summary

Chase is seeking a Finance & Business Management Vice President to lead the Home Lending Servicing Financial Analysis team. You will partner with executives to translate data into performance insights and drive disciplined planning across expenses and headcount.

You will advise the CFO and servicing leaders to improve reporting quality and decision support. You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with operations to optimize productivity and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.
• 7+ years of relevant financial services experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior and global business heads.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading global teams and building cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and ongoing planning for assigned areas including expense and headcount budgeting.
• Drive headcount capacity planning and improve model accuracy with operations.
• Analyze financial performance drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and investments.
• Oversee month-end reviews, track KPIs, and report results.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting and data quality.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present to leadership levels.
• Lead and develop a global team with coaching and strategic guidance.
