Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mortgage banking or related lending products.
• Strong analytical, data-driven prioritization and financial analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to a standard data-led analysis and challenge framework for product reviews.
• Provide analytical support in business case development and present findings to stakeholders.
• Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate new concepts and manage risk data partnerships.
• Identify product improvements to create a best-in-class offering and manage dependencies.
• Assess operational, legal, compliance, pricing, and delivery risks and coordinate solutions.
• Prioritize book of work and communicate with partners and management.
