Job summary

Chase is seeking an Operations Manager for the Pre-Approved Solutions team to define and deliver servicing capabilities that improve CX, efficiency, compliance, and outcomes across the mortgage servicing lifecycle. You will bridge Servicing Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Controls, and Product to develop and execute the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or equivalent experience.
• Mortgage servicing experience, including familiarity with Black Knight MSP or similar platforms.
• Proven leadership, setting objectives and making sound decisions.
• Experience with product/program management and delivering initiatives that improve performance and controls.
• Strong requirements definition (BRDs) and validation testing across the delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with UAT/testing, change management, and Oversight/Control requirements.
• Analytical with structured problem-solving and data-driven solutions.
• Strategic focus on process efficiency and large-scale workflows.
• Proficiency with data and tooling including SQL and Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Develop BRDs that capture stakeholder needs and project objectives.
• Create and validate report logic aligned with business requirements.
• Lead a team of business analysts to deliver agreed outcomes.
• Provide clear feedback to staff and management on performance and issues.
• Present goals, objectives, and status updates to senior leaders.
• Manage cross-line of business initiatives with dependencies and resources.
• Evaluate market trends, feedback, regulatory changes, and pain points to identify opportunities.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee project implementations for timely delivery and improved performance.
• Document requirements, testing evidence, implementation plans, and scope changes.
• Escalate risks and issues to maintain alignment with expectations.
