Job summary

Keymont Community Management in Merrifield, VA is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee daily operations, financial health, and long-term planning for a portfolio of community associations, condominiums, and multi-family properties. You will liaise with boards, vendors, and staff to ensure compliant, high-quality service.

Responsibilities include managing operations, coordinating with vendors, and delivering monthly financial reports while supporting budgets and risk management.

Qualifications

• CMCA® certification is the minimum requirement.
• AMS® or PCAM® preferred or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of assigned communities, including maintenance of common areas, amenities, and facilities.
• Coordinate with boards of directors, homeowners, and committees; attend and facilitate board meetings; present financial and operational updates.
• Assist with annual operating budgets and reserve funding plans; review invoices and ensure budget compliance; monitor accounts receivable.
