Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium and HOA communities. You will deliver professional, responsive service to boards and residents, support daily operations, and help ensure properties run smoothly.

The role emphasizes budgeting, contract oversight, and inspections to protect property value, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within a top workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in condominium and home owner association management.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with focus on business administration.
• Excellent written communication with owners and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Works with condo/HOA boards to identify priorities and creates a plan for execution.
• Organizes annual meetings for Owners, including notices and agendas.
• Oversees day-to-day property operations directly or via on-site staff.
• Prepares and presents budgets and tracks expenses with variance explanations.
• Negotiates and oversees contracts for associations.
• Performs site inspections to identify maintenance and upgrade opportunities.
• Maintains relationships with Boards to support policy development and effective information flow.
• Assists President in identifying new client opportunities.
