Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee condo/HOA portfolios and deliver professional service to boards and residents. You will support daily operations, help maintain properties, and manage budgets and contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting and financial management for an organization.
• Ability to review building and property conditions and identify areas requiring correction.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written communications with owners and staff at all levels in the organization.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with owners and staff at all levels in the organization.
• Superior customer service skills with ability to respond to clients with diplomacy, tact and patience.
• Basic understanding of construction and repair tasks for property maintenance and construction.
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and facilitate discussions
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic operational priorities with condo/HOA boards and plan execution.
• Organize annual meetings for Owners, including notices, agendas and documents.
• Manage day-to-day property operations directly or via on-site staff.
• Prepare and present budgets; track expenses and explain variances.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts for associations.
• Conduct site inspections and identify maintenance opportunities to boost value.
• Initiate maintenance projects balancing board priorities and budgets.
• Maintain strong relationships with Boards and guide policy development.
• Assist President in identifying new client opportunities.
• Perform other duties as required.
