Blue Door Realty is seeking an HOA Manager to oversee a rapidly growing portfolio. The ideal candidate has previous HOA or condominium management experience and at least two years in portfolio management, with strong project management, organizational and communication abilities.

A self-starter mindset and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include property inspections, vendor coordination, board meeting planning, member communications,

HOA Manager position for a rapidly growing portfolio. Previous experience managing HOA and/or Condominiums is required. Must have at least 2 years in portfolio management.

Project management skills, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills are essential and the ideal candidate must be able to shift priorities as needed. Must be a self starter with the ability to solve problems with minimal direction.

Job Duties:

• 1. Property inspections
• 2. Vendor coordination for projects and monthly contracts
• 3. Organize and attend board meetings and annual meeting, many of which are in the evening.
• 4. Communicate with members and board members via mail, email, and phone.
• 5. Create yearly budgets and help clients to adhere to approved budgets.
• 6. Administrative work as needed for clients.
• 8. Maintain documentation for clients.
• 9. Manage client insurance coverage.

Position is full time with some benefits and pay is dependent on experience. We have stepped up pay schedules for those with CMCA, AMS, and/or PCAM designations.
