Job summary

AssociaCareers is seeking an autonomous HOA Manager who delivers property management, financial, and project management services to homeowners and their Board of Directors. The role emphasizes independent work and diverse daily tasks.

Responsibilities include advising clients on financial strategies, assessing assets and liabilities, managing contracted vendors, overseeing maintenance for associations, developing RFPs and scopes of work, and supporting Board meetings and action items.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience advising clients on financial strategies
• Ability to manage vendors and contracts
• Ability to oversee maintenance and improvements for associations
• Develop RFPs and scope of works for projects
• Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial strategies and other decisions
• Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
• Vendor management through contracted services
• Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s)
• Develop RFP and Scope of works for projects
• Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists
• Attend and Conduct Board of Director meetings
• Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations
• Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents
• Ability to advise and direct the Board to make the necessary decisions
