Job summary

Associa, a leader in community management with thousands of HOA programs, is seeking a skilled professional to advise boards and manage associations in the Dallas area. This role focuses on financial strategies, asset assessment, and delivering exceptional service to boards and residents.

You will develop RFPs, oversee vendor contracts, coordinate maintenance, and participate in board meetings to drive informed decisions and positive community outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience managing HOA communities.
• Deliver 5-star customer service to the Board and residents.
• Advise and direct the Board to make the necessary decisions.
• Build rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
