• Experience in Association Management or similar housing community operations.

• Familiarity with association documents, insurance certificates, and reserve studies.
• Proficiency with association management software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Administrative management: maintain records, prepare budgets, process invoices, organize meetings, and obtain proposals.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and reserve projects for communities with board approval.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, handling inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare for board meetings, assist with agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and local regulations; guide homeowners accordingly.
• Foster community engagement and coordinate events with residents and committees.
• Collaborate with boards on long-term strategic planning and risk assessment.
