Job summary

Podium Education, a higher-education technology partner, seeks a Partner Implementation Engineer to translate institutional requirements into scalable solutions.

You will lead technical discussions with university IT teams, coordinate across Marketing, Partner Operations, Engineering, and internal Technology to ensure launches across communications, authentication, integrations, websites, and data exchange.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in a customer-facing technical support, solutions engineering, or implementation role.
• Working knowledge of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email authentication, APIs, integrations, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting email and SMS systems, including deliverability and messaging workflows.
• Strong communication, documentation, and ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions.
• Preferred experience in higher education and using AI tools to improve troubleshooting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and act as primary technical advisor from implementation through post-launch support.
• Assess environments and guide DNS configuration; email authentication and domain verification; security reviews and data exchange requirements.
• Validate implementations, test communications and integrations, and troubleshoot domain, email deliverability, and onboarding concerns.
• Develop knowledge of platform and integrations (Twilio, Mailgun, APIs) and support connected partner workflows.
