Job summary

Patriot Mobile is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Grapevine, Texas. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Member Services and Sales Agent roles, building candidate pipelines and partnering with leadership to forecast needs.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of large-scale recruiting experience, with a focus on call center or customer service hiring, while upholding Patriot Mobile's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in human resources or related field.
• Minimum of three years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably for call center, customer service, or sales positions.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for Member Services and Sales Agent positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Forecast hiring needs with leadership and draft detailed job descriptions and criteria.
• Builds and maintains candidate pipelines for ongoing classes and growth.
• Manages job postings across boards, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Screens large volumes of applications and conducts phone screens.
• Schedules interviews and prepares structured questions and materials.
• Conducts interviews with managers and drives timely evaluations and decisions.
• Advises on salary ranges, start dates, and offers; drives acceptance.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attends job fairs and recruiting sessions to build employer brand and pipelines.
• Willing to travel for recruiting and hiring.
• Tracks recruiting metrics and performs other duties as assigned.
