Formación

• BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction.
• Three to five years progressive project experience in heavy civil environments.
• Minimum of five years experience in paving, dirt, and grading in either private or public environments.
• Knowledge of construction paving, underground, concrete and grading practices.
• Knowledge of union agreements and prevailing wage issues.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high production environment and ensure accurate project execution.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast project revenue and costs to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate with estimators and controls to set budgets.
• Lead estimating efforts for bid-to-build processes.
• Manage resources with project sponsor and construction manager to meet schedule.
