Job summary

Inizio Engage in the United States is seeking a performance-driven Territory Sales Representative to develop and execute territory business plans, cultivate relationships across hospitals, IDNs, and other healthcare outlets, and educate customers on our portfolio. This role requires 3–5 years in pharma or healthcare sales, strong territory management, up to 70% travel, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Life Sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience calling on hospitals, IDNs, specialty pharmacies, physician offices, or other institutional customers.
• Acute care, specialty biologics, immunology, or buy-and-bill experience preferred.
• Proven success in building customer relationships and achieving sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans for hospitals, IDNs, and large outpatient accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital leaders, and purchasing teams.
• Educate customers on disease states, product benefits, and proper utilization.
• Navigate complex healthcare organizations to understand account structures and needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships within accounts.
• Analyze territory performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain CRM documentation, forecasts, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and National Accounts.
• Attend local, regional, and national meetings and product trainings.
• Manage territory with professionalism, compliance, and accountability while delivering excellent customer experience.
