Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a performance‑driven Territory Sales Representative to develop and execute territory plans across hospitals, IDNs, and other healthcare providers. You will build strategic customer relationships, lead clinical education, and deliver value through our client portfolio.

You’ll travel about 70% to engage physicians, administrators, and payer partners, navigating complex organizations to grow existing business and create new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience calling on hospitals, IDNs, and institutional customers preferred.
• Acute care, specialty biologics, immunology, or buy‑and‑bill experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in managing a sales territory and achieving objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans for hospitals, IDNs, and large outpatient accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and decision‑makers.
• Educate customers on disease states, product benefits, and appropriate utilization.
• Navigate complex healthcare organizations to understand account structures and needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships to drive territory growth.
• Maintain CRM documentation, forecasts, and territory records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and industry events.
