Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR or talent acquisition experience.
• Healthcare, clinical, or academic medical recruiting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Be a Strategic Talent Advisor: Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and forecast talent needs.
• Build Creative Talent Pipelines: Develop data-informed sourcing for active and passive candidates across clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Fix Bottlenecks & Drive Quality: Identify gaps and optimize time-to-fill and offer velocity.
