Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and MS Office.
• Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across multiple functions from sourcing through offer.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines using job boards, outbound sourcing and referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and interview decisions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
