Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across functional areas, building robust sourcing strategies and strong relationships with internal partners to hire top healthcare talent.

You will develop multi-channel search plans, refine job descriptions, and deliver a diverse slate of candidates while managing offers and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in recruiting.
• Experience building partnerships within HR and across business functions.
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement, with creative sourcing.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
• Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and diverse talent placement.
• Develops recommendations and implements improvements to recruitment processes.
• Demonstrates recruitment branding, networking, and use of online platforms.
• Navigates ambiguous situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service across internal partnerships.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with workflow management across candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Recruits within one or more functional areas, developing multi-channel search strategies.
• Executes end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer, refining job descriptions and screening.
• Delivers diverse candidate pools and collaborates with hiring teams on sourcing and assessment.
• Manages salary recommendations, offers, and seamless onboarding handoffs.
• Maintains pipeline health with regular reports for leadership and partners.
• Partners with teams to optimize sourcing and closing approaches and ROI awareness.
• Supports special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
