Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include HS diploma or GED with recruiting experience.
• Advanced degrees preferred in HR or related fields with relevant experience.
• Experience building partnerships across HR and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for OhioHealth in one or more functional areas with multi-channel strategies.
• Manages full lifecycle from intake to offer, including job description refinement and negotiations.
• Develops diverse candidate pools and nurtures internal/external partnerships.
• Delivers regular pipeline reports and supports process improvements.
• Partners with hiring teams to optimize sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
