Job summary

OhioHealth seeks a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a provisional six-month assignment. This remote role will require occasional on-site visits at the David P. Blom Administrative Campus, and candidates must reside in Ohio.

The role supports recruiting across one or more functional areas and drives effective sourcing strategies. You will own the full lifecycle, from job description refinement to offer, while building diverse candidate pools, tracking metrics, and partnering with hiring managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years corporate, full life cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience partnering with HR, business leaders, and external partners.
• Proven ability to deliver diverse candidate slates and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for OhioHealth functional areas and manage pipeline health.
• Develop multi-channel search strategies and build talent networks.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Provide regular pipeline reports and partner with leadership on strategy.
