Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruitment across one or more functional areas. You will craft multi-channel sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with business leaders to deliver exceptional talent in a healthcare environment.

You will manage the full lifecycle from intake, job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to offers and onboarding, while championing diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a mix of high school, associate, or bachelor’s-level education with incremental recruiting experience.
• Experience in recruiting in healthcare or corporate settings is preferred; strong sourcing and candidate management skills required.
• Ability to develop multi-channel search strategies and build talent networks across functions.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for OhioHealth within one or more functional areas, potentially across multiple areas.
• Maintains and improves candidate pipelines for near-, mid-, and long-term needs.
• Develops diverse sourcing strategies and builds relationships across the organization.
• Manages end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Interprets business needs, negotiates offers, and ensures a positive candidate experience.
