Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple searches and building hiring reports.

Responsibilities

• Recruits for OhioHealth in one or more functional areas with strong pipeline health.
• Develops multi-channel search strategies and builds talent networks across the organization.
• Manages full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Delivers diverse candidate pools and supports salary recommendations to leadership.
• Maintains candidate pipeline analytics and partners with hiring teams on sourcing strategies.
