Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to partner with Talent Acquisition in filling roles across multiple functional areas. You will develop multi-channel search strategies, build robust talent networks, and guide hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle.

You will drive candidate experience, advocate for diversity and inclusion, and leverage data to optimize pipeline performance within a healthcare environment. Remote work is limited to Ohio-based roles as specified.

Qualifications

• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and networks.
• Knowledge of state/federal employment laws (EEO).

Responsibilities

• Recruit for OhioHealth across stated functional areas and build pipelines.
• Develop multi-channel search strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and partners to refine job descriptions.
• Provide salary recommendations and manage offers/acceptances.
• Maintain candidate data, reports, and pipeline health.
