Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in business consulting or analyst role.
• Healthcare domain exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support definition, scoping, and prioritization of efforts for solution strategy and analysis within workstreams.
• Establish and maintain relationships across matrixed teams and stakeholders.
• Lead planning sessions with portfolio leaders and stakeholders to design improvements to models, processes, and systems.
• Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, and process optimization methods to deliver actionable insights.
• Apply Human-Centered Design and business analysis frameworks to identify impacts on people, process, and technology.
• Identify root causes and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
• Develop documentation, presentations, and communications detailing findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
