Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a strategic analyst to support a broad scope of activities across solution portfolios. You will contribute to problem solving, strategy development, data analytics, and the design of operating plans to optimize Living Health solutions.

You will collaborate with peers and leaders to assess solutions, document requirements, and develop formal recommendations while ensuring regulatory and risk controls are embedded in the design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
• 3 years in a Business Consulting, Business Strategist, Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst role or related operational area.
• 1 year in the Healthcare Industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support definition, scoping, and prioritization of efforts for solution strategy and analysis within workstreams.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships across matrixed teams and stakeholder groups.
• Lead planning sessions with solution portfolio leaders, clinicians, and business stakeholders.
• Leverage LEAN, Six Sigma, and process optimization to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Apply Human-Centered Design and core business analysis frameworks to identify impacts to people, process, and technology.
• Identify root causes and develop recommendations to mitigate them.
• Develop documentation, presentations, and communications detailing findings and strategies.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
