Speare Memorial Hospital in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and attract qualified candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles.

You will screen applicants, coordinate interviews, extend offers, maintain records, ensure compliance, and promote a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and ATS/HRIS systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, and events.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and managers.
• Communicate status to candidates and maintain a positive experience.
• Perform background checks, references, and pre-employment steps.
• Prepare offers and facilitate required documentation.
• Maintain recruitment records in ATS/HRIS and generate updates.
• Monitor open roles and provide updates to leadership.
• Develop relationships with colleges and professional organizations.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
