St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH is seeking a Provider Recruitment Professional to join our Employee Experience Talent Acquisition team and help shape the future of healthcare in Northern New England.

This on-site, full-time role focuses on building provider pipelines, delivering a strong candidate experience, and partnering with hospital leaders on growth initiatives. You will lead recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers, develop innovative strategies, and expand pipelines

Are you an experienced physician and APP recruiter who knows how to build relationships, think creatively, and make things happen?

St. Joseph Hospital is looking for a Provider Recruitment Professional to join our Employee Experience Talent Acquisition team and help shape the future of healthcare across Northern New England.

This is more than filling positions. You’ll have the opportunity to build provider pipelines, develop innovative recruitment strategies, partner directly with hospital and system leaders, and create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead recruitment efforts for physicians and advanced practice providers
• Build relationships with candidates, providers, leaders, community partners, and professional organizations
• Develop creative provider recruitment and marketing strategies
• Partner with leadership on strategic growth and workforce initiatives
• Expand and strengthen provider recruitment pipelines
• Represent St. Joseph Hospital and Covenant Health at recruitment events and industry activities
• Deliver a high level of service throughout the candidate experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous physician/provider recruitment experience is required
• Proven success building relationships and candidate pipelines
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively
• A creative, proactive approach to talent acquisition
• Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred
