Job summary

One to One Health is seeking an experienced Provider Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, and other clinical professionals. This role partners with leadership, hiring managers, and external organizations to develop recruiting strategies that support workforce needs and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-focused recruiter with extensive healthcare recruitment experience, strong sourcing and negotiation skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of full-cycle recruitment experience in healthcare.
• Experience recruiting for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
• Proven sourcing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other designated clinical roles.
• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to assess staffing needs and develop effective strategies.
• Create and execute sourcing plans using networks, associations, job boards, residency programs, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, leadership meetings, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide a professional candidate experience.
