Job summary

One to One Health in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an experienced Provider Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical professionals.

You'll partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop sourcing plans, manage candidate pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and present offers, ensuring a professional candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 3+ years in physician or APP recruitment.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians, APPs, and other clinical roles.
• Partner with leaders to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Create and execute sourcing plans using networks, job boards, and referrals.
• Build pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews, site visits, and candidate communications.
• Present offers in collaboration with HR, Legal, and leadership.
• Support credentialing and onboarding processes as applicable.
• Represent the company at career fairs and events.
