Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of healthcare business development or physician liaison experience.
• Experience in specialty care or infusion therapy is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Building: Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with physician practices, health systems, and clinics to increase patient referrals.
• Educate & Advocate: Present services, care protocols, and patient-first approach to clinical teams and office managers, highlighting ease of referral and insurance navigation support.
• Market Analysis: Monitor regional healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities to refine partnership strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with clinical and intake operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of referral sources and patients.
