Job summary

Violet Health is expanding its infusion care network and seeks a Partnership Development Manager in Michigan. You will serve as the primary liaison between Violet Health and local physicians, health systems, and clinics to drive referrals and establish strategic clinical partnerships.

You will educate clinical teams on our patient-centered care model, navigate insurance/referral processes, and collaborate with operations to onboard new partners and their patients smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of healthcare business development or physician liaison experience.
• Experience in infusion therapy or specialty care is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and cultivate relationships with physician practices, health systems, and clinics to increase patient referrals.
• Educate clinical teams and office managers on Violet Health services, care protocols, and referral processes.
• Monitor regional healthcare trends and opportunities to refine partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical and intake operations to onboard new referral sources smoothly.
