Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters strong customer partnerships focused on success and retention.
• Meets or exceeds quota by growing within existing accounts and finding new opportunities.
• Oversee shipping, logistics, and service needs for OptiFreight customers.
• Collaborates with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Service teams.
• Lead account reviews, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities within accounts to increase revenue and margin.
• Track and report KPIs monthly/quarterly with stakeholders.
