Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an Account Manager to drive long-term customer relationships and ensure overall customer success within the OptiFreight portfolio. You will manage shipping, logistics, and service needs while pursuing new business opportunities to grow revenue and margin.

The role requires healthcare or logistics sales experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to negotiate complex deals. Occasional travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–6 years healthcare, logistics, and/or solutions-based sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters strong customer partnerships focused on ensuring customer success and retention; develops trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Meets or exceeds assigned quota by growing within existing customers and identifying new opportunities within territory.
• Oversee assigned OptiFreight customers related to shipping, logistics, and general service needs.
• Support cross-functional teamwork – Finance, Operations, Marketing, Service, etc.
