You will advise senior executives, lead cross-functional teams, and guide go-to-market strategies while championing agile practices and data-driven decision making. The role requires 10+ years in digital/population health innovation with leadership experience and a strong track record in healthcare analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation with a focus on digital and/or population health products.
• 2-3 years of leadership/project management experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience focused on Medicare populations.
• Experience with healthcare data and analytics, contemporary technologies, managed care administrative functions and care delivery models.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships including executive and management of audiences and external vendors.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with experience identifying trends and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions and lead development of high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, engineering, clinical, and operations to align with business partners and member needs.
• Lead and develop junior team members as a direct manager and cross-functional leader.
• Translate ideation and discovery work into actionable strategic direction and project plans for pilots and launches.
• Define KPIs and plans for data ingestion and optimization to meet customer needs across segments.
