Humana is seeking a Growth Strategy Principal to lead high-impact strategy projects with a focus on Medicare Advantage. You will guide small teams to analyze issues, synthesize insights, and develop actionable recommendations in partnership with leaders.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with executives, and shape implementation considerations to drive growth and profitability while improving the lives of Humana’s members. Travel to offices and remote work flexibility are available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 6-8+ years of full-time work experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate/business unit strategy, or finance with leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to quickly build and maintain trust with senior leaders.
• Highly collaborative, flexible, teamwork-oriented working style.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
• Strong commitment to personal and professional growth.

Responsabilidades

• Managing multiple high-profile, high-impact strategy projects.
• Leading interviews and working sessions with leaders within Enterprise Growth and across the organization.
• Leading teams conducting industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis and distilling insights for Humana.
• Creating high quality analysis and deliverables that frame objectives and recommendations.
• Collaborating with fellow team members and leaders across the company.
