Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation with a focus on digital and/or population health products.
• 2-3 years of leadership/project management experience.
• 3+ years of health care experience focused on Medicare populations.
• Experience with healthcare data and analytics, contemporary technologies, and care delivery models.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships including executives and external vendors.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with ability to identify trends and insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions, leading high-impact initiatives.
• Collaborate across strategy, design, engineering, clinical, and operations to ensure alignment with partner and member needs.
• Lead and develop junior team members within cross-functional solution teams.
• Translate ideation into actionable strategic direction and project plans to advance innovative solutions.
• Utilize a data-based framework for buy/build/partner decisions, co-develop with external digital health partners when appropriate.
• Define KPIs and plans for data ingestion and optimization to meet customer needs and inform scaling.
• Develop and execute Go to Market strategies integrating national and market leadership insights.
• Advise on product management processes and tools (human-centered design, user research, business cases, blueprints).
• Apply advanced quantitative and qualitative research to inform senior leadership decisions.
• Promote startup mindset and agile ways of working across Medicare segment to deliver differentiated experiences.
