Humana, Inc. seeks an Innovation Portfolio Strategy Principal to identify opportunities and translate ideas into actionable, profitable business. You will advise senior executives and lead cross-functional teams across clinical, design, engineering and operations.

The role focuses on shaping strategy, defining KPIs, and guiding go-to-market plans for Medicare and population health solutions. It is fully remote in the contiguous US with occasional travel and a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation with a focus on digital/population health.
• 2–3 years of leadership or project management experience.
• 3+ years of health care experience focused on Medicare populations.
• Experience with healthcare data analytics and external vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, design, engineering, clinical and operations.
• Translate ideation into actionable strategic direction and project plans.
• Define KPIs and drive data-informed optimization for customer segments.
• Develop and execute go-to-market approaches for Medicare initiatives.
