Humana is seeking a Portfolio Enablement Lead to shape Humana's portfolio operating model and Lean Portfolio practices. You will partner with SVPs, VPs, and senior leaders to align strategy with portfolio design across multiple portfolios, driving governance, investment decisions, and long-term optimization.

• 10+ years in enterprise transformation, portfolio leadership, or operational excellence.
• Proven experience advising executive leadership and influencing enterprise decisions.
• Deep expertise in Lean Portfolio Management and enterprise operating model design.
• Experience defining and governing portfolio standards across multiple portfolios.

• Lead evolution and adoption of enterprise portfolio Ways of Working across portfolios.
• Enable portfolio design standards, ART structures, value stream alignment, and governance.
• Drive portfolio transformation strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
