Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation with focus on digital health/population health products
- 2-3 years of leadership/project management experience
- 3+ years of healthcare experience focused on Medicare populations
- Experience with healthcare data and analytics, technologies, and care delivery models
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships including executives and external vendors
Responsibilities
- Oversee development of clinical and population health sub-portfolio solutions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, and operations
- Develop and mentor junior team members
- Translate ideation into actionable strategic direction and project plans
- Define KPIs and drive data-informed optimization and scaling
