Job summary

PatientPoint seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end installations and product implementations for new customers across healthcare facilities. You will coordinate with Sales, Field Technicians and Clients to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

You will manage multi-site rollouts, interact with ERP and hardware/software environments, supervise on-site teams, and travel as needed to sites nationwide, ensuring

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects in customer-facing environments.
• End-to-end deployments across multiple sites with alignment between client requirements, timelines and technical execution.
• Experience guiding client relationships through all deployment phases from pre-installation to go-live support.
• Strong skills in setting expectations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Construction management experience including coordination with subcontractors and site readiness oversight.
• Bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders; experience with ERP and hardware/software installations.
• Field site assessments and deployment logistics management, including installation readiness and equipment configuration.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

• Deliver tailored rollout recommendations aligned with customer needs and scalability.

• Identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges to minimize disruptions.
