You will build relationships with C-suite and operational leaders, deliver consultative solutions, and manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles. This field-based role rewards proactive prospecting, strategic account planning, and a commitment to exceptional patient care through clean and reliable textile services.

Qualifications

• Experience in new business development, including prospecting, presenting, and closing with leaders at C-suite and operational levels.
• Ability to navigate complex decision-making in healthcare sales cycles using a value-based approach.
• Willingness to travel within the territory up to 50%.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and health systems.
• Engage key decision-makers in infection control, environmental services, nursing, purchasing, and administration.
• Deliver consultative, needs-based presentations showing how ImageFIRST improves compliance and patient satisfaction.
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles to close new business aligned with monthly/quarterly objectives.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate pipeline, activity, and account information.
• Support major existing accounts in collaboration with local service teams.
