You will collaborate with field sales teams, manage pipeline and forecast accuracy, and mentor Territory Business Managers to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing account health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, facility services, or service-based industries.
• Proven success in new business development and closing complex deals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare sales cycles and decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory (up to 50%).
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• New Business Prospecting & Pipeline Development within hospitals, health systems, ambulatory centers, and outpatient facilities.
• Consultative Selling & Closing, including tailoring proposals and negotiating terms.
• Territory Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration with Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
• Team Leadership & Development, mentoring Territory Business Managers.
• Account Management: regular site visits, quarterly reviews, and long-term relationship building.
