Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists, Denver-based leader in healthcare linens, seeks a Strategic Account Manager to grow new business across hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory centers while supporting key existing accounts.

You’ll drive consultative, needs-based presentations, manage multi-stakeholder cycles, and collaborate with service teams to deliver compliant, patient-friendly textile solutions. Travel up to 50% within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Strong understanding of healthcare sales cycles and complex decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and large outpatient facilities.
• Strategically prospect and engage key decision-makers in departments such as infection control, environmental services, nursing, purchasing, and administration.
• Deliver consultative, needs-based presentations that demonstrate how ImageFIRST enhances compliance, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to close new business in alignment with monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and account information within CRM.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation and support for major existing accounts in partnership with local service teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and quarterly business reviews to evaluate service satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Collaborate closely with Service and Operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and flawless service execution.
• Monitor account performance and retention risks, taking proactive measures to resolve issues and maintain long-term partnerships.
