Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare or service industries.
• Proven success in new business development, including prospecting and closing with C-suite leaders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare sales cycles and value-based selling.
• Comfortable traveling up to 50% in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and health systems.
• Engage key decision-makers in infection control, environmental services, nursing, and administration.
• Deliver consultative, needs-based presentations to demonstrate benefits and value.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles to close new business aligned with targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activity, pipeline, and accounts.
• Support major existing accounts with service teams and escalation management.
• Conduct site visits and quarterly reviews to assess satisfaction and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service and Operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.
