Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare or service-based industries.
• Proven success in new business development, prospecting, presenting and closing.
• Ability to navigate complex decision-making with value-based selling.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals and health systems.
• Prospect and engage key decision-makers in infection control, environmental services, nursing, purchasing.
• Deliver consultative, needs-based presentations to show value and compliance improvements.
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close new business aligned with targets.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with service teams for flawless execution.
• Support major existing accounts and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor performance, retention risks, and proactively resolve issues.
