Job summary

ImageFIRST in Cleveland is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive new business growth across hospitals, outpatient centers, and healthcare systems while dedicating 80% of time to new opportunities and 20% to supporting key existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare B2B sales, excels in field-based, relationship-driven environments, and can articulate the value of clean, safe, dependable textile and facility services to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within healthcare or facility services.
• Demonstrated success in new business development and closing deals with C-suite/operational leaders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare sales cycles and value-based selling approach.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, ambulatory centers, and large outpatient facilities.
• Engage key decision-makers in infection control, environmental services, nursing, purchasing, and administration.
• Deliver consultative, needs-based presentations showing how ImageFIRST improves compliance, patient satisfaction, and operations.
• Maintain CRM records with activity, pipeline, and account information; close new business in line with monthly/quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with Service and Operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and service execution.
