Responsibilities

• Monitor program profitability against plan monthly.
• Negotiate contractual arrangements after go-live with legal and regulatory leaders.
• Produce sizing on new client initiatives and pricing updates.
• Be primary contact for Biopharma client and manage expectations.
• Provide proactive process improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Deliver quarterly/monthly business reviews with client on program state and opportunities.
• Define project scope and develop business requirements docs.
• Manage sub-projects for new products, services, and client initiatives.
• Ensure timely sign-off on requirements and changes.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams to define priorities and communicate them.
