Responsibilities

• Serve as executive sponsor for a portfolio of strategic oncology, rare disease, and specialty pharmaceutical manufacturer partnerships.
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Lead strategic account planning focused on growth, performance, and patient outcomes.
• Oversee executive business reviews, annual strategic planning, and launch governance meetings.
• Maintain accountability for client satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of strategic account leaders.
