Job summary

Owens & Minor seeks an executive hunter to lead IDN growth across a portfolio of health systems and IDNs, shaping enterprise priorities and coordinating cross‑functional execution.

You will build sponsorship with senior leaders, drive strategic reviews, and mobilize teams to win large, complex opportunities across the enterprise.

This role offers a base salary in the range of $150k–$200k with uncapped incentives, reflecting senior leadership responsibilities and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Owns the enterprise growth strategy for an assigned portfolio of strategically important health systems and IDNs.
• Develops multi‑year account strategies that identify priorities, decision structure, financial pressures, and growth opportunities.
• Establishes clear account priorities, pursuit plans, relationship maps, whitespace opportunities, and growth objectives.
• Maintains a whole‑enterprise view of the customer and coordinates Owens&Minor activities across markets and regions.
• Acts as the senior commercial quarterback for the IDN portfolio with regional leadership.
