Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in complex B2B healthcare sales, strategic account management, or related field.
• Proven success selling to large health systems/IDNs and developing executive relationships.

Aufgaben

• Owns enterprise growth strategy for assigned IDNs with existing and prospective customers.
• Develops multi-year account strategies identifying priorities, decision structure, and growth opportunities.
• Establishes account priorities, pursuit plans, relationship maps, and measurable growth objectives.
• Maintains a whole-enterprise view and coordinates activities across markets, geographies, and field sales.
• Acts as senior commercial quarterback, partnering with regional leadership and field teams.
• Leads executive-level meetings, strategic reviews, and complex negotiations.
